Featuring an AC block design that supports factory pre-installation and pre-commissioning, the system also enables self-configuration and self-check within one hour—enabling a 1 GWh project to be deployed in just 12 days.

During the summit, Sungrow released the AI Data Center Full-chain Power Supply Solution White Paper, outlining key trends, challenges, and the evolution of power supply technologies for AI data centers. The paper presents a grid-to-chip solution based on the "Green–Gray–White" three-space architecture, designed to support MW-level racks and GW-scale clusters while enhancing safety, stability, and low-carbon performance. Die Debatte über steigende Mieten und Wohnungsnot entwickelt sich in der Schweiz zu einem der dominierenden innenpolitischen Konfliktfelder. In der SRF-«Arena» unter dem Titel «Miet-Irrsinn» prallten Vertreterinnen und Vertreter von SP, SVP, Mitte und Grünen aufeinander – und stritten nicht nur über Zahlen und Instrumente, sondern auch über die grundsätzliche Frage, was den Druck auf dem Mietmarkt überhaupt treibt. Im Zentrum standen die Rolle der Zuwanderung, die Bautätigkeit, die Renditebegrenzung im Mietrecht sowie der Umgang mit mutmasslich überhöhten Mieten.
Die Ausgangslage ist angespannt. In der Schweiz wohnen rund 60 Prozent der Bevölkerung zur Miete. Gemäss einem Mietbarometer, das im Auftrag des Mieterinnen- und Mieterverbandes erstellt wurde, geben rund 40 Prozent der Haushalte mehr als ein Drittel ihres Einkommens für die Miete aus. Damit steigen die Wohnkosten schneller als die Reallöhne; ein immer grösserer Anteil des Budgets fliesst in die Miete. Gleichzeitig sinkt der Anteil leerstehender Wohnungen: Per 1. Juni 2025 waren landesweit weniger als 50'000 Wohnungen unvermietet – statistisch steht nur noch etwa eine von 100 Wohnungen leer. Fällt die Leerwohnungsziffer unter ein Prozent, gilt dies offiziell als Wohnungsnot; diese Schwelle ist derzeit bereits in zahlreichen Kantonen unterschritten.
SVP-Nationalrat Manfred Bühler führt den Engpass vor allem auf die Zuwanderung zurück. Die Migrationspolitik sei der «Haupttreiber für die Nachfrage», argumentierte er in der Sendung. Würde die Nettozuwanderung auf 20'000 Personen pro Jahr reduziert, liesse der Druck auf dem Mietmarkt rasch nach, so seine These. Mitte-Politikerin Tina Deplazes dagegen verweist auf ein ganzes Bündel struktureller Faktoren: Individualisierung, mehr Ein- und Zweipersonenhaushalte, ein generell gestiegener Wohnraumbedarf sowie die Alterung der Gesellschaft. Zuwanderung erhöhe zwar ebenfalls die Nachfrage und damit die Preise, es handle sich dabei aber um Personen, die auf dem Arbeitsmarkt benötigt würden.
SP-Nationalrätin Jacqueline Badran und Grünen-Nationalrat Michael Töngi legten den Fokus stärker auf die Angebots- und Regulierungsseite. Deplazes macht ein zu tiefes Bautempo für die Knappheit verantwortlich, während Töngi die mangelnde Durchsetzung des Mietrechts kritisiert und eine periodische Überprüfung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben fordert. Badran wiederum sieht «illegale» Mietüberhöhungen als zentrales Problem und verweist auf den im Schweizer Mietrecht verankerten Rendite-Deckel. Nur in einer «unkontrollierten Immobilienwirtschaft» könnten Vermieter Preise nach oben durchsetzen, etwa wenn Gutverdienende aus dem Ausland ohne Weiteres 7'000 Franken für eine Vierzimmerwohnung bezahlten. Würden die Renditebegrenzungen konsequent durchgesetzt, hätte die Zuwanderung auf die Miethöhen keinen Effekt, hält sie dagegen. Die konträren Lesarten – Nachfragebremsen durch Migrationspolitik auf der einen, striktere Regulierung und mehr Bauaktivität auf der anderen Seite – zeigen, wie weit der politische Konsens bei der Suche nach Antworten auf den «Miet-Irrsinn» derzeit entfernt ist.
